About Us
CEO/Clinical Director
Dr. Brathwaite has over 18 years of clinical experience. She specializes in Trauma, CBI (community based interventions), Person Centered Care, Crisis Intervention, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. She works with adolescents, families and individuals. Dr. Brathwaite is a certified sex therapist. She has been supervising therapists, interns and case managers for over 12 years.
Dr. Brathwaite has worked with foster care, juvenile services, social services, both Maryland and D.C's school systems as well as Maryland and D.C's court systems.
Dr. Brathwaite is licensed in Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia and Georgia.
She received her Bachelor's degree in African American Studies from the University of Maryland - College Park. Her Masters of Social work from the University of Maryland - Baltimore and her Doctorate of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
